I approach beauty as self-care in its truest sense — in how we look, how we feel, how we live, and how we consume. I’m a makeup artist, beauty therapist, mindfulness practitioner, and coach trained in counselling skills and trauma-informed approaches. I’m also a wife, mother, animal lover, and all-around imperfect human, simply trying to make better choices in what I do and what I use.
